The cottage is on a gently sloping block of close to 4,000m2 nestled in North Maleny, only minutes drive to town.

The one bedroom cottage is entirely self contained and has its own deck overlooking the gardens, adjoining carport and there is a small balcony leading from the kitchen/dining area into the rear yard.

There are other dwellings on the property with a shared driveway all whilst providing for good privacy.

Within the surrounds are tropical gardens, vegetable beds and fruit trees. The owners are keen on keeping the appearance enjoyable and tidy.

The tenant will be responsible to maintain the gardens in the vicinity of the cottage to good standard. This is the basis upon which the rent has been set.

There is no Town Service (tank water) .The waste water treatment system requires special care and use of authorised products, without any chemicals.

The cottage will be available for occupation early May 2024.

The ideal tenant would be a single person with an aptitude and interest in gardening.
