Total Near New House + Bore, 3 Dams on 249 Acres, White Zones, Off Grid

Condamine Farms, near Millmerran. Larger parcels of land are highly sought after; demand has outstripped supply, causing the value of rural lands in these regions to increase sharply.
Change has also made us realize that it is far easier to rely on our own skills at home than source elsewhere, become chefs at home, value the quality of your own produce, appreciate free things.
Drawbacks of farm life are outweighed by the pleasure of peace and quiet, no rush, enjoy the unbelievable surroundings, animals have more character than humans credit them for, (a pocketful of humour is essential in everything as it instantly improves most situations).
